KEV Group is an enterprise SaaS company providing online payment and accounting software to simplify student activity fund management in schools. KEV’s easy- to-use web-based software automates the collection, disbursement and management of student funds, thereby reducing the time it takes to receive and account for all school activity fees and increasing the time teachers can spend on education. The company is based in Toronto, with offices in the US. KEV recently completed an equity investment round from Serent Capital, a leading middle market private equity firm focused on high growth technology businesses. KEV is seeking a strong, experienced Senior Manager of People and Culture to join the team.


We are seeking a strong team-player to join our team as a Senior Manager, People and Culture. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design and execute all facets of our Talent & People efforts, with a specific emphasis on recruitment and culture-building. This is a role suited for a resourceful candidate who can lead and manage multiple projects and use their expertise in HR management and business to build a world-class organization in a fast-paced environment.

This role will support the leadership, growth and day-to-day operation of KEV Group. This position is a critical role for the business as they plan to scale rapidly through both organic and acquisition growth.

KEV Group is looking for a dynamic, talent acquisition focused HR Senior Manager to own the entire employee experience. You’ll provide tactical and strategic human resources leadership to the team and be responsible for core HR structures and programs such as recruiting, employee engagement, employee on-boarding, resource planning, performance management, training and development and benefits administration. You’re a creator: you love building systems and processes from scratch and challenging existing norms for continuous improvement.
